Error Log Overflow - Siteremote Back End Server 2.0.2.0

Account: Eircom

The SiteRemote server received an unusual high number of errors from the terminal 041779839229 within a short period of time. As a consequence, errors will no longer be logged until the error frequency is considerably reduced.
We have not received any logfiles from this unit for the past 3 days. Can you please delete the error logs for the unit 041779839229 on Siteremote so we can receive the logfiles.

Is it possible for some an administer user of the Eircom account to rest the error logs??

Thank you for your help,
Have a nice day

Pauline Tobin.

Using the latest ACROBAT Reader 9 in Windows Vista

If you have installed Acrobat Reader 9 on a Windows Vista operating system, you should proceed as follows to prevent the SiteKiosk browser from restarting when you open a PDF file in the SiteKiosk browser for the first time.

You will only have to perform this process one: After installing Acrobat Reader 9:

1. Use the SiteKiosk utility "System Security Wizard" to set the status to "Unprotected"
2. Open SiteKiosk in “Auto Launch“ mode
3. Open a PDF link in the SiteKiosk browser (e.g. http://www.provisio.de/Download/sitekiosk-de.pdf) and agree to the license terms contained in the first Acrobat Reader 9 dialog box.
4. Exit SiteKiosk, log off and log back in as an administrator.
5. Use the SiteKiosk utility "System Security Wizard" to set the status to “Protected.”
6. Open SiteKiosk as usual using “Auto Launch" mode.

How to print iframe contents

In our application we have developed a system where there is a top main window 1280x1024 pixels with an iframe - 1024x768 pixels. The iframe is used to load various websites. We have included a print button in the main window along with other function buttons all using javascript and I have used sitekiosk scripting to control the printer. When I click on the our print button I get strange behaviour from the printer - sometimes it will print the webpage in the iframe correctly, other times it simply prints blank pages. The behaviour seems to vary depending on the webpage itself which has been loaded in the iframe. However - if i test the printing using the print button in IE7 then the frame is printed correctly no matter what webpage we are displaying in the iframe.

here is the code i am using to print the webpage.

<code>
function printPage(url)
{
     window.parent.ccframe.focus();
     window.external.InitScriptInterface(document);
     SiteKiosk.WindowList.MainWindow.SiteKioskWindow.SiteKioskWebBrowser.Print();
}

</code>

ccframe is the ID of the iframe.

Could you please explain how i can get this function to reliably and repeatedly print the webpages in the iframe correctly?

thanks
